Especially in the field of labour law it is necessary to find a reasonable arrangement for all involved parties, be it amicably or legal in order not to disturb the harmony between employer and employees or to re-establish it. We particularly offer you our knowledge with regard to the supply of temporary employees as per German law on labour leasing (AÜG) and the agreement on certain employment contracts according to the needed capacity which allow all parties involved to react flexibly on the different work volume.


The labour law manages the legal relations between employee and employer and particularly protects the employee. This field of law is allocated to the civil law, since there are two opposite standing coordinative/balanced parties in accordance with the civil law. Therefore, the regulations of the German Civil Code (BGB) and based upon the special guidelines related to labour law will be applicable. The problem in the field of labour law with the handling of the corresponding case is that there are numerous specific principles of law.

An important area in the labour law is the individual labour law also called labour contract law that means the privity between the individual employee and his employer. The collective labour law, however regulates the right of groups/organizations, such as employer’s association and unions.
